We want everyone to be able to read about and buy JivanSage, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across jivansage.com.

What we have done

• Text and interface colours meet WCAG AA contrast ratios.
• Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to content" link.
• Pages use proper headings, landmarks and a declared language so assistive technology can navigate them.
• Product images have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Layouts reflow to a 320px-wide screen and to 400% zoom without sideways scrolling.
• Animation and smooth scrolling are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.
• Each release is checked with automated testing (axe-core) plus manual keyboard testing.

Checkout

Payment happens on Stripe's hosted checkout page, which Stripe builds and maintains. If anything on that page stops you from ordering, email us and we will take your order directly.

Something not working?

If you hit a barrier anywhere on this site, tell us and we will fix it. Email hello@jivansage.com with the page address and what happened. A person reads every message, and we reply within one business day. We are also happy to take an order, answer product questions or send ingredient and safety information in another format by email.
