What we collect

• Order information — name, email, shipping address and what you bought, collected by Stripe at checkout and passed to us so we can ship it.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number.
• Email correspondence — kept so we can help you.

What we don't do

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or run third-party advertising or behavioural tracking on this site.

Who processes data for us

• Stripe — payments and checkout, under Stripe's privacy policy.
• Our carrier — receives your name and address to deliver the parcel.
• Hosting and email providers — store the site and our correspondence.

How long

Order records seven years, because tax rules require it. Email two years. Everything else is deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

Email hello@jivansage.com to see, correct or delete what we hold. We respond within thirty days. Deletion cannot cover records we are legally required to keep, such as completed transactions.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its own checkout pages that are strictly necessary to process payment and prevent fraud.

Children

Not directed at children under thirteen; we do not knowingly collect their information.
