How long

Packed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days. We ship USPS Ground Advantage, normally 2-5 business days in transit. Tracking is emailed the moment the label is scanned.

If it goes wrong

Tracking stalled seven business days, or the parcel arrived damaged? Email hello@jivansage.com with your order number. We replace or refund. We will not ask you to fight the carrier on our behalf.

Addresses

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Check it before paying — once a label is printed we cannot redirect a parcel. Spot a mistake within an hour and we can usually catch it.
